Ummm, wow. It's more than surreal to be living through the current world in which we find ourselves. While nobody would have thought that we would all be in this situation, it is during these times that we all must pull together and help out where we can.
I had thought that if there was a major crisis WaveGard's cybersecurity skills would be next to useless since we would likely not have Internet - let alone electricity. No power, no cyber. I would have to fall back on my cooking and cocktail making skills to pitch in and help the cause. As it turns out with the current situation security and agile IT solutions are actually a cornerstone of keeping businesses afloat for the next few months (or longer) and cyber is more important than ever.
To this end, we at WaveGard are reaching out to small businesses, non-profits, and other organizations that are struggling with the move to remote work and concerned about how best to secure their environments.
